is a collaboration among Melsa and selective Public Places owners in giving FREE WIFI internet access for WIFI enabled devices (laptop, PDA, smart phone).
This service is available in Bandung area only.

How TO JOIN :

1. Download this Partnership Proposal and Partnership Registration Form (in pdf format)
    
2. Fill all the questions and email to kabel@melsa.net.id or fax to 022 3000-2021
    
3. Our team will conduct a survey and interview
    
4. When approved, Melsa Hotspot will be availble for service within 30 working days
