This is the unofficial page for Kerabat WWF

Welcome.  This page is made special for Kerabat WWF (World Wildlife Fund for Nature) Indonesia Programme.  I am a member of WWF International dan also a member of Kerabat WWF Indonesia Programme.  I do like the idea of seeing a homepage dedicated to Kerabat WWF.  I already asked them twice about it and I guess they like the idea but are too busy to build and maintain it by themselves.  So, here it is, an unofficial page for Kerabat WWF Indonesia Programme.

Kerabat is founded in 199? to reach and educate mostly younger people in Indonesia about the importance of maintaining our environment for our own benefit.  Their programs are including field trips to Ujung Kulon, West Java and to Mt. Krakatau  on Krakatau island.  Up until now, there are more than 700 members of Kerabat ranging from West to East part of Indonesia.  More news about their programs later.

Kerabat publishes a dual-language magazine Conservation Indonesia.  The magazine contains many articles about environment situations and solutions especially in Indonesia.  You can support Kerabat by making donation to them including subscription fee of Conservation Indonesia.  Donation can be sent to their office (address below).

For all its supporters, Kerabat also publishes newsletter containing their programs and other articles related to environment.  Here are some articles from Kerabat Newsletter:

Edisi 4/1998:   Climate Change   Biodiversity

Edisi 5/1998:   Wetlands   Tigers

Edisi 6/1998:    Paus
